Ordering & Shipping Timeframe

We always recommend ordering your dress as soon as you have determined your wedding day. Please allow  about 2-3 Months from the moment you order the dress on our website to it being delivered at your doorstep.

 

Ordering Time:
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. This email is to verify the details of your order. If there should be any changes, please contact us immediately. Your order is processed based on availability. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number for your order.

Processing:

All orders are subject to product availability. Your order will not be processed until the product is confirmed to be available. Items may be on back-order and you will be notified via email.  Most orders are available to ship within 5-7 business days. For expedited ordering, please contact us.

 

Shipping
ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR, FOR SECURITY REASONS.
Shipping within the United States:
Orders placed and shipped within the United States may take up to 2-7 business days from PROCESSING TIME to ship.
For immediate or express shipping please contact our sales team to confirm the product availability and shipping time as some items may be back ordered or shipping directly from the manufacturer. Express shipping is available for all in-stock items. Shipping estimates will be provided at the time of checkout.
International Shipping:
Orders placed and shipped from outside the United States may take up to 10-18 business days from PROCESSING TIME depending on the country for delivery. Express shipping is available for most countries. Not all carriers are available to ship to all countries we offer shipping to. Lili's reserves the right to change the shipping carrier if there is an issue with the carrier being able to deliver to the designated country within a timely matter.
Please notify us if you have a close wear date for your order so we may look into expediting your order. Lili's will not be held responsible for shipments that may take longer than expected for delivery due to shipping carrier, foreign customs policies, or additional taxes and duties that may be imposed by the destination country.
Foreign Duties and Taxes:
The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order. Lili's will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes.
