Return/ Refund policy

Returns: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Refund: We have a 5-days refund policy only on Bridal Dresses and Evening Gowns above USD 200.

To be eligible, you must meet these requirements:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused.
  • Your item must have all the tags, including any hangtags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • You will need the receipt or the original proof of purchase
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Lili’s
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if this was approved or not.
